Haro Technologies Inc. operates a workforce communication platform used by employer organizations to reach their employees about work. This section explains how we handle information related to text messages and automated phone calls.
Information we collect
- Your mobile phone number, provided by your employer as part of your employee record
- Your employee identifier
- Your replies to our messages, and the keys you press during automated calls
- Message and call delivery status, including date and time
How we use this information
We use your mobile number only to deliver work-related communications on behalf of your employer:
- One-time passcodes to sign into the Haro worker portal
- Available work shift offers, and your acceptance or refusal
- Shift confirmations, reminders and cancellations
Sharing
We share this information only with the employer organization you work for, which originates these communications, and with service providers that help us deliver the service (for example, our telecommunications provider).
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
